Doesn't matter. NBA drafts on potential, unlike the NFL. McLemore has a ****assload of it. I quit thinking kids should stay when Julian Wright got drafted high after his soph year. He was awful. Couldn't shoot outside of 15 feet, had no strength and really not much for post moves. I thought there was no way he should go. But the fact is the NBA is different.
Bill Self's Kansas teams have been to the Sweet 16 7 of his 10 years.

I'd call that pretty consistent.
