Checked with my doc and he said it'd be okay (I was running high blood pressure due to the chemotherapy, but the Viagra stuff tends to lower blood pressure so the doc didn't think there was going to be a problem.

anyway...for those that use viagra: use with alcohol?

How long is it effective? one tab or multiple tabs to keep the business going?

Forget what the label says, you will achieve the best results by using them as a suppository. And I wouldn't use them when you have gay anal sex...

Half life is about four hours, so it should work for a decent period of time. It's metabolized by a common pathway in your liver, so depending on what other drugs/supplements you are on, the half life could be longer or shorter; I'd have to know.

While i do agree, i can say from experience that sometimes when you get burned by someone you trust it changes your mindset. Even with other chics or in Saccs case, other men.

I tried a handful of these a few months ago and i always split them in half. I also have a script to 10mg Adderrall. Taking a full pill gave me the worst sinus pressure i've ever experienced.

I would take half a pill about 2 hours before go time (lets say 8pm) and the first 4 or 5 times i felt the effects into the next day until lunch. After i used it for a week i noticed that it took a little longer to kick in but would still last until mid day the next day.

Honestly if youre making a day of hardcore male anal sex, i'd just take the full tablet a couple hours before and drink a bunch of water to help with the flushing and sinus pressure. Sinus pressure pretty much goes away as soon as you start the sex having
