Having seen 3 or 4 of their games, I can honestly say that they aren't that good. They have a great defense, but their offense isn't so great. They are a top 10 team for sure, but they are not the best team in the country. Every time I've watched them, the opposing team beat themselves.

That's what an elite defense looks like.

Texas is right there in the discussion for best team in the country with OSU, KU, Pitt, and Duke. One loss at Nebraska doesn't change that, just as KU's loss at KSU didn't change their chances.

Teams don't get many free throws against Texas because of their defense. And teams have averaged 67.7% against them on free throws (http://kenpom.com/teamstats.php?s=RankFTPct&od=d), which is nothing out of the ordinary.

Well it could. Indirectly any way. If they have to play harder they could be more tired at the foul line.

I don't think they have anything against Sadler. I think they just want to stick it to some KU fans who have said they think Sadler is a good coach. Personally, I think he's a decent coach that was put into a tough situation. And supposedly his best recruits are red shirts right now. I don't believe Jim Wooldride or Tom Asbury ever managed to beat a #2 ranked team.
