I'm pretty sure Dane said 11-5 or something, and that's a stretch to me. It definitely errs on the side of homer.

This is a 10-6 team, tops, if every bounce of the ball goes our way.

In the end I'm taking a lot of shit for predicting 8-8.

Not when you had Joe Flacco in it last year, relying on his D to beat a 5th round draft pick. Or when you had Alex Smith beating the Saints.

Sorry they're not fearsome to you. They only had to play the eventual Super Bowl champions two years in a row. And both of those Super Bowl teams had QBs who put up ****ing unbelievable games. Works of art, really.

But much like Marty's Chiefs of the 90s, I wouldn't want to play those assholes during the regular season.
I think they're mediocre. If they weren't mediocre, they'd have won a playoff game or two.

I'm sorry but the "competition" argument is bullshit. Win or go the **** home.

I don't think 8-8 is unreasonable. I think that we could potentially end up anywhere from 11-5 to 7-9. I choose to be more optimistic and think we'll end up 10-6.

I said this in a thread a while ago, but Atl has lost to SB participants in their playoff losses. They are a very good team. However, I feel that we match up well against them.

You can shove your dick up your ass if you think I've suddenly become a "homer".

Carrying the flag for Herm and Thigpen is pretty homer, dude.

Not even I did that and I was a huge homer back in those days.

Fortunately you seem to recognize when idiots are running things so I imagine your switch will flip pretty quickly when things go south.

I'm still watching but Cassel was impressive. He moved the chains, although the second play of the game scared me because he looked like 2009 Cassel. Since that point, he's looked sharp.

He'll never be Dan Marino but maybe he can be Rich Gannon.

They lost to some shit teams last year and barely beat other shit teams. They don't play to their potential.

Not even sure what this means, but winning 43 games in 4 years under the same HC and QB is pretty god damn impressive.

Chiefs haven't done that in a loooong time.

So us walking around like that's a weak team and someone we're gonna smack down at the mighty Arrowhead, host to Tim Tebow's fourth miracle, is a bit of wishful thinking, no?

Let's wait until Casshole completes at least one more pass past 15 yards before we start swinging our dicks around.

I'll keep that in mind if we play them in the Super Bowl this year.

In the meantime, Atlanta is very tough during the regular season. They are favored to win that game, and rightfully so.
