Anyone here doing the E-Cig / Vape thing?

Thanks to my vape, I've had only one single cigarette in the past 3 weeks. I have zero cravings for them and I feel considerably better. In fact, I still have about 5 smokes left in a pack and just can't see myself smoking those... don't want to.

Even better... 5ml of juice, which costs $5, lasts me about 2 weeks meaning that I am spending less in the long run. I only smoked, at most, a pack a week... but still.

I tried the Blu E-Cigs but they were terrible. Trying to "smoke" out of one of those was like trying to take a hit off a joint that was rolled WAY to tight.

I'm using an eGo-V v2 mega battery with variable voltage control with a gravity tank.

I have been using a temperature control coil for a couple of days now. Man, it's pretty smooth and flavorful.

Im not really cloud chasing, but i use a 70vg and i like a good amount of production.like a said before, i really like the vape pen 22 s that i have. Great flavor, perfect amount of production. But the batteries don't last long enough. And the coils were givin up early on my 50/50 vg mix. They seem to be lasting alot longer the higher vg.

Wicks/coils will last substantially longer as well. That was the main benefit I saw with TC

Alright i broke down and ordered a eleaf pico 75 setup for 55 bucks with a melo3 tank, a Samsung battery and 5 .3 ohm coils.

You're going to like not running out of power so quickly. Although for sub Ohm vaping I prefer dual 18650's.

It's nice. Reminds me of smoking a pipe. It managed to get me off of the above Ohm MTL I've been doing since the end of May. I'm doing kind of a bastardized mixed version of MTL and DTL. Flavor is really good.

You might want to try Temp Control coils on that thing. I just recently got into TC and it's pretty nice. They have Kanthal, titanium, and nickel coils for it that Io know of.

Yeah i thought about a dual setup, but in reality i wanted it to be small enough to not draw a bunch of attention, and be easily portable. I will have to look into temp control coils.

For people who want to use RDTA's and RTA's, there is a company called Coilology that sells premade coils. You can't get them as cheaply as making your own but they you can get a variety pack of 42 premade coils for $15.99:

I know that this is substantially more expensive than making your own. Looks like a decent bridge in the process though.

I build my own. And I prefer Clapton wire. It makes a very smooth vape. Kanthal always seems to heat up to fast at higher wattage giving me a burnt hit. The clapton heats up slow and smooth. Perfect for running 100 or above, which is where I vape.
