Even if Albert leaves and QB wasn't a need I wouldn't go LT in the first. Stephenson has shown enough to give him a chance at the starting job

Chiefs history is pretty damning but in the end the intent of our GM(hopefully new) will be more important. I would be very surprised if we don't go QB if Pioli is replaced. Hard to see a new GM come in and look at our roster and then go LB with the 1st overall pick. That or I am just trying to trick myself.

If anything other than QB selected first, be prepared for Crennel to remain HC.
Who else would come coach this team and not have a needed 1st round QB leading this team?

They had this moron on 610 this morning. Saying we need to backfill for Albert since he is leaving, and Winston is not a long term solution. Wow.

They said when the interview was done they go back and forth on what to do but ultimately still think you take a QB. |

The only situation i would say dont draft a QB would be if there was a P. Manning available, or a Matt Schuab type. It pains me to say this...but a really good FA QB or a top QB we can trade for. I only say that because there appears to be no consensus #1 QB to pick from. I have no idea whos going to be available this offseason? If not, then yes, the Chiefs definatately need to draft a QB, even if its considered a reach by some.
