Yeah, but the forecast shows clouds forming before too long. Of course, it's a weather forecast, so there is a 50% chance it is completely wrong.

Hopefully it is only half wrong - wrong on tornados and hail but correct on the rain. You all have gotten a little dry since my last time out.

I don’t know that I trust the radar map in the OP, it is showing my location in Iowa City when I’m actually in Des Moines. Take what is showing you with a grain of salt.

you can trust the radar, not the location-depends on if you allowed location on your computer to that site and who may home posted it.

My location shows Parkers Priarie MN and I am in the cities

If you go to windy.com, your location should correct itself

Looking at it on my phone at just this moment I am now in the middle of Cheney Reservoir west of Wichita. I've no idea if I'm supposed to be boating or drowning though.
