Why can't Tyreek be our #1 WR?

The more I'm sitting here thinking about how explosive and quick this guy is, I start questioning why can't he be our #1 WR?

Antonio Brown is probably smaller than he is.
NONE of the Chiefs WRs have better hands than he does.
NONE of the Chiefs WRs get more seperation.

I heard that there was some report that claimed TH has the most seperation of any WR in the league. It was statistical analysis by one of those Pro football statistician sites.

Why can't he be our #1? Anyone have a solid answer?

Chiefs don't use #1 receivers , only 2s and 3s. Mostly 3s

Not sure if it's Alex or Kelce but he wasn't productive going down the field this year.

He only caught 17 passes that were thrown over 10 yards, and only 5 over 20 yards.

Andy already said they will increase his snaps next year. There's no reason he shouldn't be our #1. Look at what he did with limited touches this year. He's capable of Antonio Brown type production imho. He just needs to polish his route running skills.

The real question is can Alex Smith take advantage of Tyreek's skill? answer is hell no

Did Tyreek Hill led Chiefs WRs in receptions, receiving yards and receiving TDs?

Is there some Internal Revenue Service requirement for NFL clubs to give a formal ordinal ranking to their WRs?

I think anyone that really wants to call Tyreek Hill the Chiefs number 1 WR, should go ahead and make the most of it without fear of repercussions.

It actually might be Kelce in large part. He doesn't seem to do well when he gets contact on passes down the field.

This is stupid.

He drops a few passes a year. You're forgetting about all the insane athletic catches, or the ones where he has to get down on the ground like a goddamn cat to rescue a shitty Alex Smith throw for a 1st down.

He's not better than Maclin, but few receivers are. Then again, apparently Maclin is AIDS and dildos, so Kelce might just actually be the best pass catcher on the team.

Yes, they just have to feed him the ball more. Smith needs to trust him as much as he trusts Kelce and Maclin. Reid also needs to draw more actual passing plays up for him.
