I'm still thinking the Chiefs trade down, take somebody's first and second pick for the first pick in draft. Could be St. Louis, could be Minnesota. We seem to have success dealing with Minnesota.

We kind of traded Bryant McKinnie for Ryan Sims with them. But that's not really success.

There isn't a single player tht separates himself from other top prospects in this draft. There are no generational talents. With the QB movement in the last week, the QB market has dried up. A team like Buffalo can sit where they are and still probably get one of the top 2 QBs. Chances are, the Chiefs are stuck where they are.

In order to trade down someone has to want to trade UP. This doesn't appear to be the draft for that. ESPECIALLY for the 1.1 pick. And with the Chiefs and Raiders both taking themselves out of the running for Geno if someone really wanted him they will not have to move up to those top spots to get him and they know it. |
