At least he CAN do it more than half the time. On several occasions I noticed Geno throws the ball too late in the route (he had a few ugly throws against TCU and Oklahoma State that did this). Getting that good timing to occur consistently might be one of his hangups at the beginning of his NFL career, something that will come with experience and practice.
