If he doesn't get it from Cleveland, someone else will give it to him. And yet the guy literally cannot finish open dunks/layups at the basket. Just awful.

The Yankees are not spending a ton of money either. The majority of their payroll is sunk on guys they brought in ages ago (Sabathia, arod, Teixeira). The Dodgers, I believe, have the highest payroll by a pretty sizeable margin.

Yankees still have a HUGE payroll. They're just not adding to it so they can give Bryce Harper $500M in a few years

Yes, but 70m of their 190m is being spent on 3 players signed ages ago. Arod, Teixeira, and Sabathia. The past few years, they've been pretty conservative spenders. I think a lot has to do with the mlbs new focus on defense.

He's very important to them on the other end with his pick and roll defense as the big switching/hedging. Still not sure I could swallow paying him the max.

with no HGH or steroids or banned substances, it's truly a young man's game so teams like the Phillies, Red Sox and Yankees who put all of that money into 30+ year old former stars are paying the [steep] price right now you win now by drafting, developing, and sticking to a plan |

Anyway, a bit off topic, but it's interesting to see how the mlb has created more competitive balance by, in my opinion, limiting the focus on offense. |

Green is such a bitch. He knows that a healthy Cavs team would beat that ass. Enjoy that title that you were only able to win because of the injuries teams in the East and West sustained this year. This GS team is 2011 Miami unlikeable.

You know they would. You can be in denial on twitter and on the planet if you want to, but deep down inside, you know that title was won solely based upon injuries other teams suffered. Good to see that Utah Jazz beat writer put you in your place.
