I don't think people get cellmate AIDS for a baggie of shrooms.

Of course, MO is a fundamentally reeruned state when it comes to...well, I was going say 'politics and drug laws', but I guess we can just say MO is a fundamentally reeruned state, and that statement doesn't need any modifier for it to be accurate across the board.

Missouri is about 10 years behind the rest of the country, in, well, just about everything.

Most states in the midwest have some ****ed up drug laws. I don't think Missouri is even close to the worst of the bunch.

If ratting is keeping me from moving to my family that’s an easy decision.

Especially if a “friend” isn’t man enough to take their own heat.

I like you, Rabs, but don’t ruin your life for someone else’s ****up.

If he was the only one in the car, he is legally responsible.

No doubt.

Unless the friend takes responsibility and doesn’t **** an innocent over.

My reaction in Rabs situation would be scorched earth. He looks at this like he’s protecting somebody, I look at it like his friend is completely ****ing him over.

My friend actually reimbursed me for the bail $$ and is helping pay for my attorney. It will be about $1k, and I'm getting a friend deal from an attorney who actually just took a state contract, and my case is his last before he goes to work for the other side...
