It's vaporous. Look at the still in the video picture before pressing play. It's the white thing under the play button. It changes shapes as it climbs up the wall. It was tough for me to see at first too. I really don't know what to think about it.

I'm saying it isn't something paranormal. Clearly. As someone else said, you really have to want to see something paranormal to see something paranormal there.

The most logical explanation is water vapor or something of the sort. There is no reason logically to even think it might be paranormal. You have extremely fast moving water in a spot that normally doesn't get fast moving water. Common sense tells you that it must be related to the water.
