Bullshit, it is about context. Words by themselves are not racist. They are words. It is the context in which they are used that make them racist. So simply calling a black man a boy is not racist. As we have no way of reading Romanowski's mind I don't think there is any way to say if it was racist or not. Was he just pointing to the fact that Cam is young and did not act with the demeanor of a grown man... I would lean that way but I can't say that with 100% certainty.
