Chiefs trade (Arenas) for...wait for it...a FB?

Chiefs acquired FB Anthony Sherman from the Chiefs...er Cardinals.
New Cards head coach Bruce Arians has no room for plodding fullbacks in his aggressive, vertical offense. So Sherman heads to Andy Reid's West Coast scheme as Jamaal Charles' lead blocker. The 2011 fifth-rounder graded out 20th among 25 qualifying fullbacks in Pro Football Focus' rankings last season. May 1 - 12:11 PM

WTF?

JFC.
I just skimmed through about the first 400 posts in this thread, and I fail to see the "gotcha" moment you think you've found with this bump.

I see posts saying Arenas wasn't that special
I see posts saying Arenas didn't fit what Reid wants in CBs
I see posts concerned about Dunta as our nickel
I see posts questioning why KC was adding so many FBs
I see posts saying Arenas was a decent blue collar player
I see posts approving of the move from a ST perspective

What I don't see is a large amount of posts expressing unreasonable opinions about the trade. Yes, there are a few people overreacting, but most of the concerns have some legitimate basis and several of the more knowledgeable football minds recognize it as a good move.

So who exactly are you clowning with this bump?

First off, I wasn't attempting to "clown" anyone. Secondly, I did t go out of my way to bump this thread: It was linked in a related thread and I just re-read it and commented.

Lastly, the thread was filled with typical ovverreaction and "Dorsey sucks". That moron mcajj22 (or whatever is name is) said that Sherman sucked no less than two dozen time this past summer in various threads.

Yeah, every GM should be chastised for a 6th round pick that doesn't pan out.

Dude didn't even make the practice squad. It's obviously not as bad as the Fisher pick, but it was still pissed away.

How many teams cut a 2013 draft pick before the season? I have no idea, just wondering. How many teams cut two?
