Ice up, son.
Start listing all these teams that had great drafts last year.

I know you're gonna list the Jets, who had 2 top 15 picks, but also had one of The biggest dumpster fire rookie QB's that won't even start this year.

Chiefs got one of the biggest playmakers out of this class whether we drafted him or not.

Let's compare shall we?

I'll give you the mulligan and list the Chargers, the easy choice

If Cooks, Beckham or someone similar falls to them, watch out.
I don't really care much for the mobility stuff, he hasn't shown much if any improvement in any qb intangibles from the pocket. Until he does that, I wouldn't make him a nearly 20 million per qb

Think you need to re-watch that play he got injured on. That was actually a pretty freak play the way his body twisted around. I agree his injury history and fumble history scare me. But for the last two games, one being a crucial one, he played as well as you'd expect a 3rd round RB to play.

This is a joke, right?

Geno was on a terrible team and almost got them into the playoffs (lost a tiebreaker to the Chargers) by winning 3 of their last 4 games.

During that 4 game stretch, he was also the NFLs second highest QBR rated passer.

That's what you want to see from a rookie, right?...growth towards the end of the year.

On the other hand, Eric Fisher couldn't even get on the field by years end.

Lol kaepernick has a GREAT OL, Boldin, Davis, Gore and Crabtree. Jesus can someone list more talent on an offense in the league last year besides Denver?

This guy has EVERYTHING to help him succeed.

Panthers had one good pick. Rest did nothing of note.
Saints was good
Packers was nothing special outside of Lacy.
Already explained the Jets.

Give him time and weapons and lets see what happens..

I wouldn't give him his payday yet, but I would continue to build around him and see what happens.

The guy came from Nevada (ran a gimmick scheme and had to learn the NFL offense) and has started a low amount of games and has had some impressive performances in the playoffs that have landed his team in the superbowl and the NFL championship game in his 2 years starting.

Most quarterbacks start to blossom in their third year.

I'm sure you can bring this up in September when Geno is on the bench
