Somewhere I read these guys had a "failed Kickstarter" last year. Does that mean that they just kept the money? It sure seems like Kickstarter could be ripe for a lot of fraud.

I got a new job and raise. Having a easily accessible blender and a USB charger on my boat is a winner for me. What's a better way to spend your money than making drinking on the water easier and more convenient?

I think that if they fail, the money goes back to donators.

Heh, I have a 75 quart Yeti cooler and wish I could have got this thing for that price. I bought it because it does a great job of keeping stuff very cold for days and is bear proof. That last thing I need is some sorry grizzly bear drinking my beer and chomping on my steaks.
As far as the cooler in the OP Cooler: A bear would be in there in 5 seconds and I have no use for a blender or charging a cell phone where I go play. Hell there's is no cell reception in most places I go play which is the way I like it. To each their own, but not my thing.

Hahahahaha. You're clearly not familiar with Yeti coolers. They're far far more expensive and offer no frills other than durability and function.

I was saying from the stand point of an every day -ish cooler (which is what the OP appears to be) ; $180 seems insane to me.
it doesn't appear all that special (compared to the bear-proof ones mentioned). it has a thing to attach a blender to it.....BFD. and a place for bungee straps....kick ass. divider in the middle.....double kick ass .lol.
