This is going to be out within a month.. I have not seen many videos nor gameplay footage of the new madden. Only a few clips here and there, and I wasn't blown away, it looked to be the same as Madden 25.

I'll most likely still get it, whats everyone's thoughts on the game and what would you like to see EA do?

The last madden I really liked was 12, it went downhill from there. 13 was lackluster, 25 was decent on PS3(only got it for the NCAA rosters for franchise) and 25 on PS4 is alright, though nowhere close to the presentation of 2K5 which is really sad.

I hope this is a good year for Madden gameplay/presentation wise but I doubt it.

Looks exactly like the same game i already have....Madden '12....and i bought that one used because it looked exactly like the new Madden '13 at the time.

I don't think i've purchased a brand new copy of madden since '08

I've only bought Madden twice since 2008. and the most recent was last year when I bought it (M25) used for $39.

Watching the live stream, this game still looks like ass and doesnt look like much has changed in years. There is still no ****ing qb pocket when a qb drops back.

Damn, i wanna play video game football again, but not this crap.

The game looks and plays better than any other football game on the market past or present. The under/overthrows from crap qbs, the improved defense, better presentation, etc... All make for a much more sim/nfl like experience.

I'll have to say it, EA actually seems to very trying these days. Even the wind arrow is facing the right direction this year.

I'll report back after playing more, but I'd call it a must own currently.

Now is that on PS3 or PS4 ? I still have PS3, waiting for PS4 price to come down before getting one.

Did they fix the obnoxiously slow menus?

I mean no other sports title I own seems to have this issue where navigating menus is such a goddamn chore, and it seems to be an issue on ALL EA sports titles.

Will test it out after work. Hopefully it's pretty good. I usually play franchise mode to get comfortable with gameplay then I will start online.

after the NFL re-upped with DirecTV, I think it is fair to say that the NFL like business as usual. Unless 2K really overpays, EA will have a chokehold on the NFL indefinitely.

Just picked it up for Xbox One. I gave up playing online. And I haven't played Madden in years. I bought last year's, played about 3 games and haven't even touched my Xbox since. Lol why did I buy this again?

Simple. How else will I ever see the Chiefs win the super bowl?
