This ****ing Guy...

http://arrowheadaddict.com/2015/04/1...efs-instagram/

The voluntary paycut alone pegs him out on the patented "Respectometer", but what does this man have left in your opinion?

I envision two things that could boost his productivity...

1) get Dee Ford more reps in his place, particularly on third downs.

2) with DJ back and hopefully a badass rookie beside him? the run d should be much improved... so lets have Tamba drop 10 pounds or so to improve his quickness.

I looove this guy, lets set him up for success these last few years... agree, disagree? I don't give a shit, just looking to stir up some football discussion before the draft...

If he doesn't retire a Chief and go into first ballot ROF status, I will renounce this team forever.
He and Charles are the only two active Chiefs that I would even REMOTELY consider a jersey purchase of.

I want a Houston jersey but will probably have to end up with Shields...

Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

The dude actually thinks he can get in the mind of these players. It's hilarious.
