Eh, when it comes to mod-only info like IP addresses, I try and keep that private for the most part. I've contacted the bank in question to do some recon and see if they can shed any light on the situation, but that's probably all I'll say about it. Maybe something will come of it, maybe not. We'll see.

Under most circumstances, I'd agree. But this whacked out, gay pr0n posting, lowlife scum has been doing this for years. And has been posted many times, could potentially effect someone's job with the things he does.

If someone is using a proxy, you'd have to think they were doing so knowing the issues with static IPs
