We've had too many hitters with consistently bad fundamentals to not have it be a organizational issue.

Coaching at the minor league level and player development is the issue with the Royals. That's organizational. If you are having to do that much coaching at the major league level for hitting, then simply put, those players should still be in the minors.

I just wish he had enough common decency to trade Shields/Holland before he gets fired. We paid him plenty of money to deliver nothing to this franchise...least he could do.
