I'd think Reid would want a fresh start, bringing in new personnel, a new QB and tweaking his roster with fresh, young players. I don't think he'll want his old, has-been QB to come in and be a huge distraction.
Vick's about done anyway. His legs can't save him like they used to. Reid's not above dumping older QB's for fresh talent anyway. See McNabb. |

Vick did realize his potential i 2010, but he's been too banged up since to really perform. Its sad that he didn't get his act together until just before his talent dried up. He might come to KC as a placeholder for a young QB---sort of like Warner in NY before Eli took over.
Of course, Warner had a nice last hurrah in AZ. |

Personally I don't care which FA QB he brings in as long as he drafts a QB to sit behind them. Vick would be exciting to watch while the kid gets ready.

Absolutely but... Realistically, do you think either of those guys are ready to step on the field and run our offense come opening day? I just don't see that happening.

Maybe Geno Smith. You do have a point, I just don't want Geno to learn from Vick. Geno might be able to start week 1, he's a smart kid and can pick up on things rather quickly. If we get Geno we don't need to worry to about veteran QB.

If Andy ****ing Dalton can step on the field with an Arena League OC in the AFCN and go to the playoffs as a rookie, then yes, Geno, Wilson, Barkley, Glennon, and Nassib could and probably will be starting.
