Saul mentioned that several of the players have quit the team at various times only to be coaxed back from the edge. Have you heard that?

Only from Saul.

What I have heard is that Isabell is definitely gone, because the staff hates him as much as he hates them.

Tim Fuller is also definitely out.

I also have heard varying things about several of the young players wanting out.

I don't know if you've been close attention to recruiting offers, but they issued several late offers to fringe prospects, including several JUCOs, this week. And they're seeking a graduate transfer big as well as a graduate transfer point guard. This is all happening with 3 open scholarships and 2 commitments in the recruiting class currently (already signed).

Clearly, they're expecting more attrition. And they're not confident in landing the top targets (Thomas Bryant and Mychal Mulder), or they wouldn't be extending this many late offers.

That's obviously terrible, but they had no shot at Bryant anyway. I'm more concerned about them holding on to Wright, Gant, Clark, and JIII so that after Anderson nosedives next year, we can fire him and still have some upper-classmen for a new coach to have a decent year with that might jump-start recruiting somewhat.

I actually think they'll have a decent chance to upgrade considerably from Anderson and Haith.

Losing Micromanaging Mike is a big bonus.

Chris Mack and Kevin Stallings were willing to take this job before Anderson was hired, even working for Alden.
