The Chiefs' wildcat with Ware may be my favorite wildcat formation I've seen.

Look at this:

That is beautiful.

It gives you AT LEAST five options:

1. Chuck it to Smith and give him an opportunity to gain some yardage with Conley blocking.

2. A run by Ware up the gut.

3. A run by Ware off right tackle with Kelce lead blocking. (We ended up running this for a big gain in the red zone.)

4. A sweep to Tyreek Hill with Kelce lead blocking. (We ended up running this for a TD.)

5. A toss out to Albert Wilson if, for some reason, he were a realistic option.

That doesn't even include how you could utilize this for a run for Kelce or Hill up the gut, or a wheel route out to Hill's side, or a weird double-lateral thing to Alex Smith that ends back up in Ware's hands if you want to get crazy.

Such a versatile formation that can do so much. Really forces the defense to account for everything.

Props to Andy for this creative arrangement.

It's going to get even better when we get Maclin back in there instead of Wilson.

That was my exact thought. Can Ware throw because if he can that lineup could be unstoppable.

If we're not going to throw forward passes anyway, I'd much prefer to see more of this formation.

Backward pass to Alex Smith who throws a pass back to Maclin at the original LOS.

Imagine all of the plays that Andy could roll out in the playoffs out of this formation if he got a top seed and bye in the playoffs... We need this to happen.
