What types of exercise do you get?

What do you do at least once per week? I'm curious about how we're burning calories around here.

Poll to follow as soon as I do a little stretching.

I do a variety of activities to keep myself in decent condition.

I work out in my back yard Monday-Wednesday with my wife.

Monday: Shoulders and Back, abs

Tuesday: Legs

Wednesday: Chest and Arms,abs

Thursday - Friday...meh whatever we feel like. My wife and I usually go for a bike ride on one of those days, take the other off.

Saturday: Football with the boys. Weekly tradition we've been doing every Saturday for the past 5-6 months. About 8 of us get together and play a pick up game of flag football at the park. There's usually a group of high school athletes there too that join in.

Sunday: Car day. Either working on my project or maintaining my daily driver. Sunday is my only day off so i like to use that day for personal projects.

Zumba and walking.

Some swimming but is more recreational and so not often enough.

Gonna switch to belly dancing next, though.

Hot yoga almost everyday, basketball a couple times a week, swimming, resistance bands and free weights.

I tried cross fit last week… recovery pain was the most intense I have dealt with

Dang, I was trying to think of crossfit as a poll option, but even google couldn't help me remember.

I use p90x/p90x+ as a guide... not as far as working out 60+ minutes a day, 6 days a week, but it's pretty comprehensive and I haven't gotten bored of it (besides the yoga).

I hike almost every weekend... generally anywhere from 2 to 5 miles with a few longer hikes in there.

I do spin class twice a week (800 calories a class), cardio kickboxing once a week, 2 days of treadmill 3 miles mostly fast walking and do weight training 3 times a week. It is hard staying in shape in my late 50s.
