Electronics Lost my phone, Cheapest Temp Phone with GPS?

I'm going to buy the Note 4 in 9 days, and last night I lost my phone. It's gonzo. I've tried to call it, and now it's dead. I tried to call sprint and used Android Device Manager to try to find it and turn GPS but says my phone is now unavailable.

I need the GPS as I'm going to Chicago next week, and was wondering the cheapest possible phone with internet & GPS to use as a temp phone...or what a good option would be since then. Rental phones? etc
