but you aren't gonna comment on anything said in the thread by several angry people?

Surely you see the thread on new moderation has been brought up again.

I'm sure you feel secure enough in your position here as a moderator/admin but damn that is some disrespectful childish pussy ass bullshit right there. Coming onto the board in hidden mode so no one would blow up your spot and undoing what, most everyone in the thread agreed, was chickenshit. Not talking to us in that thread... even more so.

It might be worth considering a more standardized process for mods coming on and off the team in the future. With all due respect to guys like morphius, he hasn't really done anything as a mod in years, which is a little silly. And it's seeming like basically everybody else except Bwana is going that direction.

I half-heartedly proposed in another thread that it becomes something like a 4-man team with a 4-year limit, replacing 2 of them every 2 years. That would keep some institutional learning about what works and what doesn't but would also bring in new blood on a regular basis.
