Should the Browns hire John Dorsey?

Am I the only one who thinks this is the biggest no brainer in the history of earth?

Cap space won’t matter for years, all those precious draft picks....

They suck so bad it’s not like anyone in that front office or coaching staff will be around next year.

That blueprint?

I was thinking clear out all the useless vets, Haden, Andy Lee, build almost exclusively through the draft, with some exceptions, they signed Irvin, browns traded for Jamie Collins, sign a vet receiver, they signed Crabtree browns signed Britt, draft a young receiver, cooper, Coleman, draft a monster pass rusher, Mack Garrett, build the oline. Lots of similarities. Even the qbs, cause Kizer doesn't handle pressure for shit.

Cleveland is not fine.

Actually that's where you're wrong, and everyone has said it from the moment that sashi, depodesta and Hue were hired. This was a MULTI YEAR REBUILD. As many times as I've been told how I have no right to tell any chiefs fan about their team to get told what is wrong with the browns is hilarious.

Again, not true in the least. Everyone knew when they cut Haden, and cut Osweiller and decided to go with Kizer what this season was. It's. multiple year build, that's why they keep acquiring picks. Won't shock me in the least if they trade out of 1.1 to acquire more picks. The majority of the team has been drafted in the past two drafts. They developed a plan and have stuck to it. They wanted Goff, he went so they traded back, they wanted Mahomes or Trubisky and when both were gone they traded back. I personally am happy with what they are doing.

I could turn the entire Browns organization around in 3 years or less.

1. First thing would be to change the team name from "Browns" to "Bulldogs" and uniforms from shit brown and puke orange to Black and Red or possibly Dark Orange and Black or Deep Purple and Black. Something not conflicting with other teams. Screw Brown it looks like shit just like the current Browns

Here is the logo.

2. The Dawg Pound would be rockin and I would have a "Dawg of the Month" from STH in that zone

3. Hire my buddy Chris Olsen away from the Texans and make him President of Football Operations. He is an EXPERT at the Salary Cap, having started his career in the NFL office in New York as one of the leads in this area.

4. Hire a PROVEN talent who evaluates college players to be GM. Gruden or Cowher if they wanted to come out of retirement come to mind as a GM

5. Draft a QB in round one with 1st pick ONLY if worth it and not reach just to fill a spot. The QB would NOT start in year one. I would have a vet like Alex Smith or a Tom Brady teach him the ropes.

6. I would build an Oline first, Secondary defense next, Pass rush 3rd, Offense next and front 3 or 4 D last depending on a 3-4 or 4-3 defense.

7. Lower all food prices like Atlanta and ticket prices especially for under 25 crowd to generate new loyal fans.

8. Promote tailgating in parking lot on the weekends the team is playing away with concessions, games and some super large screens like a drive in.

9. Hire an NFL coach that got burnt out in his current coaching job who got stuck in rebuilding or bad drafts from GM. Head Coach would have about 6-7 years minimum of experience.

10. Lastly, get out in the community multiple times a week and do promotion and charity.

This would turn this franchise around in less than 3 years!
