Two 1st round picks for Russell Wilson in '16 and '17 or '17 and '18
Do you sign the offer sheet if the Seahawks non-exclusively tag Russell Wilson? Pole cumming. |

I guess Dane doesn't understand that guaranteed money is what you look at in football contracts. If Russell exceeds expectations he'll get his $60M guaranteed and then receive another massive extension in 2018. Dane just can't admit when he's wrong. Duh

This is what I read earlier. If it's been clarified, then he's earning $21.9 million per, not $17.5 million.
That’s a potentially critical distinction. If it’s a fresh four-year, $87.6 million deal, Wilson is under contract through 2018. If it’s an extension, Wilson will be under contract through 2019. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com...-in-new-money/ If it's a four year deal and he's earning $21.9 million, that's still not $25 million nor $110 million overall. |

Wilson received a contract for $87.5 million in total value with $60 million guaranteed. He hasn't received a third contract yet, nor is he the highest paid player in the game. |

I simply laughed at the notion he wouldn't be a Seahawk in 2017. The fact some media also predicted that is hysterical as well. Gullible morons everywhere |

I've stated, repeatedly, that at those numbers, he wouldn't be a Seahawk and that no one would give up two first rounders AND $25 million per. Re-read the entire thread, Dummy. |

I don't remember saying that, but damn, I'm pretty ****ing good!
4 for 88 with 60 extrapolates perfectly to 5 for 110 with 80 I should get a ****ing medal for being so smart |

I'd rather sign 5 for 110 with 80 mil guaranteed over a 4 year for 88 mil with 60 guaranteed. That's just me though.
