I just realized Maclins deal is worth slightly less than Bowes last deal both in average and garunteed $

My question now is what else will the Chiefs do to address the WR position.

Basically the WR depth chart now is Maclin, Albert Wilson, and Junior Hemingway.

Do the Chiefs add additional free agent veteran WR's such as Cecil Shorts, Eddie Royal, Reggie Wayne, Hakeem Nicks?

Do the Chiefs address the rest of their WR needs exclusively in the draft?

It will be interesting to see what the WR depth chart ultimately ends up looking like.

1) He's not 180 pounds and probably hasn't been since his redshirt freshman season. Don't know where you're getting the 180.

Grab a lower price vet once the smoke clears from the first charge of free agency then grab one in the 2nd / 3rd / 4th round area in the draft.

Watch Maclin's highlight reel and you might notice the same thing I did - he goes down hard.

Every time he gets tackled, he' just kinda sprawls himself to the ground. I dunno, maybe it's just my eyes tricking me but he does look like a guy that doesn't do a ton to protect himself, especially his lower body, as he's going to the ground.

May be nothing, but it could also explain his tendency to have both the major injuries and to have his fair share of dings.
