If it was the Bill Bixby/Lou Ferigno Hulk then I would take the Terminator. Otherwise I'd take the Hulk. Of course the Terminator would probably go back in time and kill the guy before he had a chance to turn into the Hulk.

Liquid metal Terminator wouldn't fair any better. It couldn't damage Hulk at all. The only thing capable of beating Hulk is superior strength(unpossible!) or mystical abilities that counteract Hulk's strength or **** with his ability to RAGE. None of the Terminators are even close to that capability. An army of Terminators isn't even close to that.

Hulk would make pretty little necklaces out of their glowing red eyeballs.

The first four replies to this thread are classic. Giving it to Terminator and acting like its a stupid question. It's Hulk and it isn't even a discussion. Only option for any terminator is to use time travel to kill Banner as a child.

It's Terminator vs. Hulk, not pre-hulk, so time travel is thrown out.

If the above pics dont convince you then the below picture will.
Unless you think someday Robo cop could arrest the Hulk too!

.

Heck She Hulk could kick his a$$ with one hand tied behind her back.

.
Your son is wise beyond his yrs!
