Yesterday we brought to you the news that a reveal of Bungie's next project, Destiny, was being hinted at for this upcoming Monday, February 18 – an augmented-reality game on the studio's website seemed to be pointing toward that date. Well, we won't have to wait quite that long. It's now been announced that Destiny will be unveiled one day earlier than we thought, on this Sunday, February 17.
An official Facebook page went live today and made that announcement as its first order of business. A Twitter account for the game has also been activated as well.
And if all that isn't enough to get you hyped, have a first look at the game's just-revealed logo as well:

I've been getting robbed in the raid lately. I've received 3 chest pieces and 4 Visions of Confluence. I also got the ship twice.

All I need are the gauntlets and I'll hit 30. I've got plenty of shards.

Just managed to solo nightfall again, much to my surprise. I think I've soloed all of them now.

Still don't think I'm good enough to run the raid yet.

Anyone here on PSN? I was a lot late to the party on this game, but now am 27 and have been soloing nightfalls/weekly heroics. I would like to start raiding, but don't have a social network to play with. I have a mic, PSN taklinn1, look me up planeteers!

The normal raid isn't hard at all. Hard mode isn't that hard either as long as you're at least level 29 and have some good weapons.

Yep, the raid is actually fun. The nightfall is a nightmare. In the raid you get a job and you just have to hold your area or be prepared to fight through a teleportation.

Xur can lick my balls!!! I was so excited. his engram this week is for Gauntlets. That's exactly what I need for my TITAN. I have exactly 23 motes of light, I buy it WITH MY TITAN. And he gives me WARLOCK Gauntlets.

Except of the two pieces of GEAR that I have for my warlock, the HELMET, and the you guessed it, GLOVES.

And I bought the Chest piece from Xur.

The Titan chest piece he's selling right now is the best exotic armor in the game for a Titan IMO (two grenades plus extra heavy and special ammo). Why do you need gauntlets so bad? Do you have all the raid gear except for the gauntlets?

It's doable if you have some really good arc/solar weapons, just play cautiously.

It's definitely doable in a group at 26 (I've actually duoed all of them with a friend with both of us 26). It will be a challenge solo at 26 because of the (IIRC...) -40% damage modifier. Still doable, but it takes a lot longer to kill things than it does at 28 and you have almost no margin for error because of your own armor. So you have to be extra patient and extra careful.

However, if you try it solo and can get past the wave with 4 wizards at the beginning, then you're good to go for the rest. That's by far the hardest part. You can snipe Phogoth from safety at the end.
