I'm seeing it on Twitter. On my phone and can't link. One of his fans says he ran over someone on a yellow and should be arrested for it.

Meh. Hate to get into this stupid ass debate but it's gonna be hard to prove beyond a reasonable doubt Stewart did this on purpose.

Clearly, he probably intended on scaring the kid or showing him up a bit. I highly ****ing doubt he intentionally tried to hit him.

Either way, his lawyers will tell him to not say a ****ing thing and they'll present the fact he didn't see him until the last minute and yada yada yada.

No way he's going to even be charged in this thing.
