There is no doubt in my mind that you hopped on your soap box before you read a single shred of actual evidence on this.

There's about 60 pages of police investigation that you can easily access if you'd like, I recommend strongly that you look it up.

I don't think she lied in her statements at all. I don't think she intended to sleep with him. Then again, she makes it clear in her own statements that he wasn't forcing her down. He got off her, put a condom on and started again. He asked her to change positions and she voluntarily did so. She said she never felt physically threatened and when all was said and done she gave the dude a handjob before he left. When asked why she engaged in various acts it wasn't because of force or intimidation, it was "I don't know".

Then she sent him texts saying she didn't want to just be another girl that got used for sex and tried to establish a relationship with him.

Give me a damn break here. This is a girl that got talked into having sex by a slime. That's not rape.

The nurse's report is for a different girl back in 2010. Like I said, this wasn't Dixon's first rodeo. Who ****ing knows how many more women were "talked" into having sex with him and never reported it or told anyone about it because they didn't want the backlash.

I am with you on the 2012 case, but the 2010 case is pretty disgusting. He should have been kicked off the team at that point.
