Yesterday we brought to you the news that a reveal of Bungie's next project, Destiny, was being hinted at for this upcoming Monday, February 18 – an augmented-reality game on the studio's website seemed to be pointing toward that date. Well, we won't have to wait quite that long. It's now been announced that Destiny will be unveiled one day earlier than we thought, on this Sunday, February 17.
An official Facebook page went live today and made that announcement as its first order of business. A Twitter account for the game has also been activated as well.
And if all that isn't enough to get you hyped, have a first look at the game's just-revealed logo as well:

I've been playing BL to take a little break from Destiny and its only made me miss Destiny. The story, boss fights and humor are great in BL but the gun play and movement are clunky and annoying. Playing BL actually makes me worse at other games. If I play BL and then switch to Hardline I can't hit anything.

yeah, I kept getting pulled away yesterday and would leave myself in orbit. sorry I missed ya. If my profile in Destiny shows up as just black with no images that means AFK.

It took 4 days with a lot of mental breaks and a ton of cussing but I was able to solo CE on normal. Each section gets more and more difficult. The Death Singer and Crota were all about what the adds decided to do. For DS it's all based on where the melee knights decide to hang out. Blinding grenades helped a lot. On Crota is was all about the sword bearer and how much time he wanted to spend hiding. I also made a lot of dumb mistakes.

Here's a vid of just the Crota fight. I didn't think to record the other sections.

Nice! Great patience on those waits for the GD Sword Bearer to move and resolve when you missed the sniper shots/jumping platform.

I got on my 26 Titan for the first time in a while the other night. Bought my first item from Xur, an exotic engram. it was Armamentarium. My buddy said I got lucky as shit. But what do I know. Is it that awesome?

It did jump me up to 28 which was nice. And the two grenade upgrade on it is pretty sweet

if you can get yourself to 27 you can start with Vault of Glass with a group of friends. You will enjoy it. What is your usual time period to play/

Based on the 2nd announcement yesterday it might not matter. There's apparently going to be a way to upgrade old legendary weapons and armor and they have a picture of Fatebringer going up to 365. This likely means that you'll be able to get to 34 with VoG gear, CE gear, Prison of Elders gear and maybe even Trials of Osiris gear. I picture Trials being real end game action for the PvP crowd.

In addition to all of these gear options you'll also be able to upgrade all of the old raid weapons.

So instead of all of us running around looking like Hive we'll have some real variety.
