Your family's "strange" traditions
A post in another thread made me think about this. What are your family's traditions - holiday or otherwise - that you think are kinda weird, or at least nontraditional traditions?

I don't really know how or even when it started, but my wife and I have a tradition of eating chain Italian on Christmas Eve. Olive Garden and Carrabba's mostly.

Wish I had some weird tale to tell, but we're pretty normal... sometimes if the extended family cant get together for a holiday and its just me, mom and the kids, we'll order chinese or italian or something like that instead of doing the usual ham/turkey etc

When we do all get together, its pretty normal... I always called us the working class Kennedys, because the main activity when its decent enough outside is to throw a football around

Everyone gets to open 1 present on Christmas Eve, but I'm pretty sure thats common... thats all I got
