I like all of them except the last one not so much. The Ice House and invisible car thing jumped the shark.

They could have shot the Bond franchise in the head immediately after that line and I wouldn't have cared. The combination of Denise Richards and the uncharacterstically...I dunno....gross interaction between those two was enough to ruin the fact that Sophie Marceau was in the movie. That movie was complete garbage. It made XXX look artfully done by comparison.

Christopher Lee thought Pierce was the best Bond FWIW.

Didn't he die recently?
Coincidence? I think not.

I've always enjoyed the Mission Impossible movies, so I'm pretty excited to see this one.

OK, which theme song is more iconic: Bond's or MI?

Probably Bond by a smidgen. But they are both classic

Really, really good.
Amazing villain. Great stunts. Ending was extremely satisfying. At one point I actually thought they were going to kill Ethan.

Hadn't seen a MI film since the second one I believe. The helicopter in a tunnel and crazy unbelievable bike stunts if I remember right. Fortunately, a friend talked me into going and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Makes me want to go back and see what I missed. |
