Hilarious.

People trying to make this Goodell's fault instead of Rice/Peterson/Dwyer are full of shit.

They just like the players and don't like Goodell.

Somehow it's suddenly the NFL's responsibility for every law their players break.

Let's not get it confused ... it's the players commiting domestic and child abuse not the NFL.
Yeah, but...he didn't handle the Ray Rice thing perfectly...so, he's got to go...

Heres one thing I'm tired of... the US government deciding to conduct "investigations" on this, as if those worthless buttholes dont have FAR more pressing issues to give their attention to.

Heres an idea, stop trying to distract this nation from your failures by sticking your noses where they dont belong... "we're from the government, and we're here to help football".

Yeah, NO.

Let the locals figure this out, meanwhile you entitled ****faces need to focus on things like unemployment, corporate welfare, Putin, ISIS, and everything else.

That's an understatement. Completely ****ed this up is more accurate. It's not just this incident. It's goodells laughable flexible punishment system.

And Goodell should be fired anyway before he destroys the game. He is basically credited for making money on a cash cow and another year or so and he'd be responsible for its eventual demise. His pr during the lockout was beyond terrible. His punishments have been wildly inconsistent which matters a ton when you're talking about giving some teams advantage or disadvantage. He messed with the integrity of the game but forcing a game in London for who the **** knows why which takes away a home game for some team. He botched the draft this year by almost not getting it into radio city and then making the draft late in the year and he plans to **** it up by extending it more days. Thursday night football was a terrible idea and he even wants to add more days. He has pissed off fans by his ridiculous punishment of celebrations for who the **** knows why.

Oh yeah... And on top of that, this complete **** up on the ray rice situation.

We are talking about a league where teams are basically financed in a big way by taxpayers. And even though the taxpayers basically fund the NFL, the owners decide on the commissioner. So I can understand why they would be involved.

Yeah, we've got terrorists and economic issues and education crises and all sorts of other stuff, but the government chooses to prioritize things like football and baseball labor issues.
