Promethius and Dark Knight Rises are about equal for me. Really excited for both. Avengers falls more into the dumb but fun popcorn summer movie camp. I'll see it, but wouldn't lose any sleep if I didn't.

John Carter was my fun popcorn movie this spring and it turned out to be pretty good...

Its just not what is popular right now,. and thats ok.....i could care less about budgets and which films flop, whats popular like Hunger Games, etc......

What is popular right now though? Seems to me that book adaptations are all the rage (I believe the Hunger Games was a book first, as was John Carter).

The Xenomorph is by far THE coolest alien creature in the history of sci-fi. I will be disappointed if there isn't a heavy dose of them in Prometheus.
