Those that have said Kaepernick is better than Alex Smith

We are now seeing what some of us people who actually know football have been saying about Kaepernick. The 49ers pulled the trigger too soon going with Kap and have lost their head coach as well as many players (mentally and physically).

If Kap continues this style of play he will be lost too and will be remembered as the only SF QB to lose a Super Bowl. A coach killer? He had everything handed to him and failed to get better. Just as some of us thought, the NFL caught up to him and he hasn't shown the ability to adjust.

Sure they've had some major injuries and players out due to off the field stuff but so does KC. To be honest I didn't think KC would even be in the position they are in now, with fighting for a playoff spot and thought for sure the 49ers would make it. Karma is a beyootch.

Ugh. Alex is constantly linked to Cutler/Kaep caliber QB's.

Does that tell you anything?

As opposed to the 49ers losing Harbaugh and their offense being ranked 27th? I'm sure there were other teams that wanted Alex, i.e. Arizona but they would have never given him to a division rival.

Then why didnt they pick him up on RFA for a 4th rounder and a million bucks?

Oh that's right because you just pulled that out of your ass and the Chiefs where the only one willing to write a check.

"Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians made an interesting revelation during a radio interview on Tuesday. He confirmed that the Cardinals did in fact approach the San Francisco 49ers about acquiring quarterback Alex Smith during the 2013 offseason. Arians said the 49ers quickly shot down the Cardinals."
