K Garrett Hartley and CB Stanley Jean-Baptiste trying out for Chiefs
Didn't really see it in any other thread. I know there were some people that wanted us to draft Jean-Baptiste. 2nd round pick of the Saints......6'3", 220 lbs. Looks like he spent some time on the Seahawks as well. |

I bet Jean-Baptiste and Duvernay-Tardif would hang out together if Jean-Baptiste makes the team.

SJB was pretty good at Nebraska, but man, he disappeared in the pros. I guess he was drafted by the Saints, released in his second pre season, picked up by Detroit, released, picked up by Seattle, put on practice squad, now the Chiefs are..."interested"...
Just gotta make you wonder what the hell happened?

I don't know what happened to him, but with the luck we've had with scrap heap secondary players, if they sign him I'll trust the process.

Hartley is awful. If they're going to waste time with kicker competition, then try bringing in someone who's worth a damn.
