Manziel involved in another altercation with girlfriend
Police were called again, but no arrests were made. He's certainly good at staying in the news.

Police said Saturday that a report was taken after an altercation between Johnny Manziel and his girlfriend.

Cpl. Tracey Knight, a spokeswoman for the Fort Worth Police Department, said Manziel was not arrested, but police made an information report regarding the incident.

Knight said police were still gathering information and will release more later.

The embattled Cleveland Browns quarterback and his girlfriend -- a TCU student -- were also involved in a domestic dispute in October in Ohio. No arrests were made then, either.

Recently, Manziel was seen in a Fort Worth liquor store earlier this month, less than a year after he entered an alcohol and drug treatment center.

Early this month, several reports said Manziel went to a Las Vegas nightclub wearing a blond wig and fake mustache, calling himself Billy, the night before the Browns’ season finale against Pittsburgh. Manziel was ruled out for the game because of a concussion, but the team owner said he failed to report for medical treatment that morning.

In 2012, Manziel burst onto the national scene while quarterbacking the Texas A&M Aggies and became the first freshman to win the Heisman Trophy. In 2014, he was selected in the first round of the NFL draft by the Cleveland Browns, where he has struggled on the field and made headlines off it during his two NFL seasons.

Manziel’s future in the NFL is uncertain, and some believe that he’s worn out his welcome in Cleveland and could join the Dallas Cowboys. Manziel, a Texas native, told the Star-Telegram before the 2014 draft that he grew up a Cowboys fan and it’d be a “folk tale” if they drafted him. Cowboys owner Jerry Jones showed great interest in Manziel before the draft, as well.

Manziel is a special kind of idiot, BUT this "altercation with his girlfriend" angle is a prime example of the press making much more out of it than it really is. Dude is immature and dates immature women and when partying / alcohol is involved it = problems EVERY time for EVERYONE. Shoot, I guarantee I've had more issues like this than Johnny Manziel. (because I'm twice his age) I'm not famous so nothing ever became of them.
