Use the distro you have at work, whatever it is. Having it at home is invaluable.
For others looking to Linux I'm recommending Kubuntu. http://www.kubuntu.com/ |

I like fedora 6 so far, but did a couple things wrong on the install and will be reinstalling next week.
It keeps getting better, but still not making me happy. I recently changed to KDE and have liked that move a lot. Still some annoyances, but that is expected. |

I do like kooldock, at first I thought that was gonna be stupid, but I'm using it a lot now. That tool needs some work still, but is nice to have. Trying to fix networking with qemu to run XP for outlook and then I will be one happy camper. I got it working for XP, but then the linux piece was broken. But it was time to leave, so I figured I would get back to that later. I did learn that uninstalling virtulization is a bad idea, that just hosed my entire install. Since it was a fresh machine, rebuilding is going to be just as easy as fixing it... |

I never really liked GNOME... it was too clunky and kde just felt much better.
why the reliance on outlook will thunderbird not cut it for ya? |
