Creepy Clown Cluster?
I've been working a lot of hours and then had a bad cold recently. All I've really done (other than working) is watch football and read a few message board threads. I've been noticing references to some sort of clown epidemic. Is this a thing?

I see these stories popping up a lot now. When I was back in KC for the World Series last year, we were coming back from the game, that 14 inning game 1, and I always drive down 18th street off I-70 back to Midtown. After we got off the exit and drove under the bridge there was a clown standing there on the corner near that gangsta gangsta gas station right there and he was holding a long object like a baseball bat or a machete or something and was just staring at us. I was in a rental or I would tried to run him down because I hate clowns, but the whole thing was a little creepy because it was just us and him out there.

This fad will come to a halt the first time a clown pranks the wrong overzealous gun owner.

It was an urban myth when I was a kid. Always seemed to be some stories about a dude driving around in a white van with a clown suit carrying a bunch of candy and trying to persuade kids to hop in for a ride.

Been happening here too. Some dude got arrested after wearing full clown attire downtown for a few days. Too many citizens called it in and when he refused to move, he was arrested for disorderly conduct. It was a creepy ****ing outfit too.
