Hope you liked the pasta cooked in the Italian seasoning. Try it with spaghetti, Angel hair, linguine, fettuccine, etc.

Just a few shakes. I think inmem used more than I do. I'd say it's a tablespoon or two. It coats the pasta nicely.

I havent made a real lasagna in forever, but here are the four keys...
1) a quality italian sausage. 2) a quality riccotta cheese. 3) use a lighter, sweeter marinara type sauce, not a thicker spaghetti style. 4) cook the pasta slightly firmer than al dente before layering to account for oven cooking time. |
