Movie night.

The premise should be clear: we'll have a poll and then agree to watch the same film on the same day at the same time.

No, Simply-Red, you don't HAVE to.

This is for the people that want to.

First genre will be decided by Rainman poll (should he agree to the basic rules) and we'll move on from there.

CP FILM OF THE WEEK!

Does it become a thing?

I'd be in on this. There are a lot of allegedly great movies I've never thought about watching before.

Watched Hacksaw Ridge for the first time yesterday...epic.

The gore beats Saving Private Ryan, amazingly enough...

Great flick.

What is the logistics of this going be?
Watch simultaneously and be in the chat?
Or is it like a book report?

Duel is a good choice. Dennis Hopper right?
Written by Stephen King I believe

Dennis Weaver, not Hopper

And Richard Matheson wrote the screenplay. Stephen King was a fan, and wrote a similar story with a supernatural twist, that was made into Maxium Overdrive, but he had nothing to do with Duel.

I'd prefer NOT to chose quality here, maybe something like Evil Dead - just my vote. If it's not horror though - I doubt I'll attend, but I DO hope you guys have fun!
