What is your stance on aliens?

I am curious to see where everyone stands on this. Asking about a stance on UFOs could be a different topic with different options so feel to give your thoughts on that as well.

I've seen a UFO.

Pretty close in terms of distance as well.

They couldn't find any trace of human interference. That doesn't mean they conclusively ruled out human interference. That means they couldn't find it. In other words, they don't know what the hell happened.

When I don't have an explanation for something in my back pocket, I don't immediately jump to the conclusion that it was aliens from outer space. That's my whole point. Absence of an explanation does not equal "It had to be aliens".

If you haven't read the stories of Clifford Stone (retired sargent) and Phil Schneider (government contract engineer) those are great stories about aliens and government knowledge. Schneider's story specifically deals with underground alien bases and after he told his story he met a rather sudden and suspicious end.

Agreed. But with the evidence that is available it would require some advanced technology to pull off. Technology not available to us. So either wolverine or cyclops are hunting cattle in SW Colorado or something other than us has access to some pretty awesome tech.

I was heading south on I-25 about five miles north of Loveland, CO. It was approximately 7:30 p.m. March, 24, 2008, and there was light traffic on the freeway.

At the junction of I-25 & CO 392, to the east, there is a small business/shopping center area. Above the northeast corner of that general area was an object hovering approximately 200' above nearly above the Centennial Bank building.

The object had a large circle/hoop of bright/shiny silver metal at the bottom. This circle was intersected (in the middle of the circle) by a rectangular cross made of the same metal. At the four ends of the rectangular cross right before it joined the circle, there were white lights. In the middle of the cross there was another larger white light.

On top of this metal circle/cross was a dark trapezoidal shape with the smaller/less wide part attached/joined to the metal cross/ring going wider as it went up. It didn't appear metal, but had a certain density to it's appearance. Matt-ish, but black/dark.

There were no rotors, visible engines or was there any noise that I could notice. No landing gear/apparatus.

The entire object appeared to be approximately 50' to 75' across and 25' to 35' in height.

As I drove past it I kept looking at it in my side and rear view mirrors and it suddenly tilted at an approximate 30 degree angle and rapidly went in a west direction towards the mountains where I lost sight of it.

When I got to my brother's house in Brighton/North Denver, I called the television stations to see if anyone had reported seeing anything in that general area. Negative. "Do you want to report anything?" ... "Uh, nope."

Called the highway patrol and asked the same thing. "Do you want to report anything?" ... "Uh, nope."

Called some other places and got nowhere. Someone suggested contacting Mufon, who apparently is the watchdog of UFO sightings. Gave them the account of what I saw and that was it.

I know I wasn't the only person on the highway that could have seen whatever it was, but apparently no one said anything. The real tragedy was that when I got to my brothers house I suddenly noticed that my camera was sitting in plain sight on the passenger seat. Oh wells...

And that's my UFO story.

Think about if it were human. I know it's not but let's entertain the idea for a minute. Body found less than 24 hours after last seen alive. All blood removed from the body, tongue, eyes and ears removed with laser precision and without spilling a drop of blood anywhere. Organs completely removed including the heart and liver but all the guys left behind -outside the body with once again no trace of blood.

Seems rather strange and lies outside of human explanation

Fanciful description, but that's not actually how it happens.

There's a reason why this topic remains in the fringe kooky conspiracy realm. Anybody who's raised cattle for a living is familiar with what can happen to a dead critter in the pasture. Watch the documentary about when this was investigated back in the day, where they left a freshly dead cow, completely intact, under the cameras to see how it decomposed and what the effects where. Not surprisingly, it looked exactly the same as a supposed cattle mutilation. Insects instantly begin on the soft tissue, eyes, lips, sex organs. Bacteria, maggots, ants, insects, and carrion eating animals take care of the rest in short order. The expanding body splits the skin in straight lines. All of this is well known, and that's why everybody thinks you're nuts when you bring up the cattle mutilation/aliens topic.
