If they make the playoffs again this year, that'll change. It'll prove it wasn't a fluke.
Tell you what guys... I've been working in KC and Lee's Summit a lot recently and I make a point to drive by the stadium each time I'm there. I've seen a lot of people taking pride in them again. Royals gear is everywhere. I hope it keeps going like this. Makes the team some seriously needed $$$ for payroll. I'd love to see them in the mix every year. Hopefully they do well this year. I'd love them to **** Baltimore's shit up again. They're now my second most hated team, right behind the Yanks. |
