Agreed. I'm ok with keeping AFC/NFC, but it really ought to be just a straight W-L seeding.

With the question being, do division winners get in? I think I would keep that.

Serious question -- how is Logan Mankins doing? He's a great guy and was a great player, though his pass blocking was definitely in decline the last year or two. I have nothing but the best wishes for him though.

Well, one of two things happened. Either his skills completey went off a cliff or he HATES being in Tsmpa. Either way he is awful. I can't believe we gave up anything for that sack of shit. Most plays it looks like he isn't trying.

There's nothing wrong with the first part IMO. I don't have anything against division winners automatically going to the playoffs. There's nothing wrong with that.

The only thing wrong is seeding once teams are in the playoffs. It should go by record after that, not by division winners.
