I have just completed a minor update. I will get the rest of it done later tonight.

So far, we've had a lot of people participate. I'd appreciate one of my co-officials trying to input this information into a spread-sheet for me if they have time and maybe clean it up a little. I can then hypersnap and post it as a jpg or bitmap on the OP. It just looks all sorts of shitty in this format.
